Willard S. Branch Obituary

Willard Steven "Roundman" Branch, 76, of Damascus, Maryland, passed away suddenly on January 27, 2025. Born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, Steve was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend.



He is survived by his devoted wife, Mary Allan Branch; his children, Jeremy L. Branch (Niki), Trevis S. Branch (Kristen), Melissa A. Brusini (Ben), and Kathryn M. Cifa (Matt); and his cherished grandchildren, Madison Branch, Zachary Branch, Kaden Brusini, Morgan Branch, Jackson Branch, Ethan Brusini, Julia Branch, Evelynn Cifa, and Lucas Cifa. Steve was also the dear brother of Marian Wyatt of South Carolina and Virginia Bilak of Pennsylvania. Along with being a loving uncle to many nieces and nephews.



Steve dedicated over 40 years to the car business in Montgomery County, where he earned a reputation for hard work and commitment. Beyond his professional life, he was an avid golfer who won numerous tournaments over the years. His love for golf was only surpassed by his devotion to his family. He took immense pride in his grandchildren and was often found cheering them on at their sporting events.



Steve was preceded in death by his parents Jesse Willard Branch, Frances Smith Weinlader, and brothers, Randy Tim Branch and John Weinlader.



A celebration of Steve's life will be held on February 23, 2025 from 1:pm to 4:pm at Montgomery Country Club in Laytonsville, Maryland.



In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Lucky Fin Project or Camp No Limits for children with limb deficiencies.
