Ruth J. Berghers, 95, of Gaithersburg, Md., passed away Monday, February 8, 2021 in her home.  She was wife of the late Martin Berghers, her husband of over 60 years.  Born January 1, 1926, she was the  mother of two children.  She was a devoted wife and mother.  In her early years she worked as a telephone operator.

Ruth enjoyed playing bridge and bowling.  She will be greatly missed.

Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Friday, February 12, 2021 at Molesworth-Williams Funeral Home. 26401 Ridge Road, Damascus, where a limited number of people will be admitted at a time.   Interment will be in Rock Creek Cemetery, Washington D.C.  Saturday, February 13 at 11:00 a.m.

Those attending the visitation and or interment, in compliance with COVID 19 guidelines are required to wear a mask or adequate face covering, and observe social distancing.
