Robin Penny (Mandel) Burton, 70, of Frederick, Maryland, passed away on December 2, 2023. She was born on July 1, 1953, in Silver Spring, Maryland.

Robin graduated from Northwood High School. She was a stay at home parent for several years, then had a successful career at Chase, where she received numerous awards for her performance and character. Most notably, Robin will be remembered by friends and coworkers for her smile, and the joy she brought to others.

Robin was devoted to her four-legged children. In her spare time she enjoyed music, gardening and DIY projects.

Robin is survived by her loving husband of nearly 45 years, Steven Burton, her daughters Stacy (Will) Siegel, and Erin (Erik) Tripplaar, her grandchildren Jackson, Oliver, Matthew, Henry, Mila, Eden and Evae. She is also survived by her brothers Barry, Gerry, and Ronnie, and beloved niece Michele (Eric) Lohsl.

Robin was preceded in death by her parents Milton and Pearl Mandel, her brothers Martin and Stanley Mandel, and her granddaughter Everly Tripplaar.

A viewing will take place on Wed Dec 6 from 6-8 pm, and a funeral will take place on Thurs Dec 7 at 1 pm.
