Margaret J. (Peggie) Winn Fisher, 75, passed away March 2, 2026, at home in Gaithersburg, MD.
She was born January 27th, 1951, the daughter of the late Albert and Barbara (Simon) Winn. Peggie grew up in New Hartford, NY and moved to Maryland in 1980. She took great pride in her Coca-Cola collection and loved a good game of Yahtzee.
She is survived by her husband Joe Fisher, her daughter Dawn (Anthony) Hamlin, her sister Sharon Winn (Tom), her half-brother Jay (Mary Jude) Winn, stepdaughter Renee (Jim) White, granddaughter Katherine Hamlin, her lifelong best friend JoAnne Rudwall, and dear next door neighbors Jennifer and Rich Luther.
She was predeceased by her parents and brothers Richard and Stephen Winn.
