George S. O'Donnoghue Obituary
George Smith O’Donnoghue, of Damascus, Maryland died at his home Friday, October 10, 2025, after a long battle with cancer. George was born on September 13, 1943, in Washington, D.C. He served in the U.S. Navy for two years, and worked at the Government Printing Office, retiring in 2002.
He was a devoted husband, brother, father, stepfather And grandfather. He is survived by his wife Abbe of 39 years, brother Dennis O’Donnoghue (Nancy), Sean (Elizabeth) and Brendan O’Donnoghue, Kassidi Palmer (Brad), and Adam Palmer, grandchildren Jason, Alex, Reese, Lacey, Hayley, Hayden, Aidan and Liam.
