Daniel Eugene Ferguson Obituary

        With profound sadness and eternal gratitude, we announce the passing of our beloved son, Daniel Eugene Ferguson, of Frederick, Maryland.

        He left this world on December 27, 2024.   He is survived by his precious son, Noah Riley Ferguson, his loving mother, Margaret Diane Ferguson, his fiancée, Meghan Murthy and Kimber Grupps and Kingsley Grupps, his precious stepson and his sisters, Bonnie Tavolazzi, Robin Lunsford, and Dawn Lasley.   He is also with his dear brother, Michael Ferguson, who left this earth in 1996.   He is also survived by loving aunts, uncles, and cousins and countless friends.

        We knew Daniel as a man of great love for his fellow man.   He frequently called his friends, “brother” and was always there for them no matter what.   As one of those brothers said, “He never held a grudge.”   He understood and practiced the admonition of our Father in Heaven to love one another.  

        We invite you to join us on Saturday, January 25, 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints at 18900 Kingsview Road, Germantown, Maryland 20874 for a service of the Celebration of Life of Daniel.   

        After the service, we also invite you to stay for refreshments in the cultural hall and for the opportunity to share anecdotes about Daniel.   

        We all miss him dearly.
