Barbara Jane Morgan Obituary

Barbara Jane Morgan, 82, of Monrovia, MD passed away peacefully at Frederick Health Hospice on November 2, 2025.
Born on February 5, 1943, she was the wife of the late Gene Gary Morgan who she married on June 27, 1964. She was the daughter of the late Ida Mae Burns and Aubrey Purdum Mullineaux, Sr. She was also predeceased by her beloved daughter, Kelly Ann Morgan.

She is survived by her brother, Aubrey Purdum Mullineaux, Jr. and his wife, Anna Lee. Her nephew, Kevin Mullineaux and wife, Betsy; her niece, Mollie Lindsey and husband, Jamie. Her great nephews, Cory Mullineaux and wife, Haley; Brody Lindsey, and Jake Lindsey, and great-great niece and nephew, Autumn and James Mullineaux.

Jane was a graduate of Damascus High School and worked for the Department of Energy until she retired. She enjoyed her family trips to Ocean City and spending time with all of her beloved cats.

She will be remembered by her dear friends, the Mullinix Family, Terry Kerman, Franny Flook, Janie Gartner, and Ed Lasley.

Jane will also be remembered by special caregivers, Lydia, Ada (Mama), and Jackie (Sister) from Lorien Mt. Airy.

We rejoice in knowing that she is reunited in heaven with her daughter, Kelly.

There will be a private graveside service at a later time.
