Sarah Tinsley Obituary

Frances Tinsley, of Monrovia Maryland, passed away peacefully at home, Sunday, May 12, 2019.

Born February 16, 1939 in Charlottesville, Virginia, she spent most of her life as a dedicated wife to Robert W. Tinsley, Sr., and mother to her son that preceded her in death, Robert W. Tinsley, Jr.

In addition to her husband, Frances is survived by her granddaughter, Alexandra N. Tinsley, and her sister, Peggy Griffin.

There are no plans for a viewing at this time as Mrs. Tinsley requested to be cremated. The cremation is being handled by Molesworth-Williams P.A., Funeral Home, in Damascus, Maryland.
