Ms. Leslie A. Adams of Clarksburg, Maryland passed away peacefully, Wednesday, October 4, 2017. She was born on May 26, 1942 in Meriden, Connecticut to Robert and Anne Scott. She and her late husband Edgar Adams were married on August 21, 1965.

Leslie loved sewing and needlework and was an avid lace maker. She was an active member of lace groups in Maryland, New York and New Jersey.

Surviving her are her son Thomas Adams, daughter in-law Havalynn Adams and their Children Samuel Adams, Abigail Adams, and Rachel Adams; her son William Adams, daughter in-law Christine Adams and their children Andrew Adams and Kelly Adams. She was preceded in death by her husband Edgar Adams and her son Michael Adams but is survived by his children Michael Adams Jr. Gavin Adams, and Liberty Adams. She is survived by her mother Anne Scott, brother Robert Scott, sister Mary Lyons, sister Nancy Losek and sister Louise Gurciullo.

Friends may call from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday, October 8, at Molesworth Williams Funeral Home, 26401 Ridge Road Damascus, Maryland. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 9 at St. Paul Catholic Church, 9250 Damascus Road, Damascus, Maryland 20872 (www.StPaulDamascus.org)
Interment will follow at All Souls Cemetery.
