Judy Duvall, age 68, of Mount Airy, Maryland passed unexpectedly, but peacefully Saturday, November 23, 2019, surrounded by her two daughters, and holding the hand of her beloved husband Dennis.
Born October 23, 1951 in Lansing, Michigan she was a daughter of Clarence C. and Christine Griffith Aultman.
She recently retired from Lisbon Elementary School, where she spent a memorable 25 years with her second family. She loved and adored every child that walked through her life.
Judy was a devoted wife, supportive mom, tender Grammy, she was known for her bright smile and unwavering kindness. She was without a doubt deeply loved. Her gentle chuckle and endearing hugs were a hallmark of who she was to so many. She was the picture of grace and humility. A genuine Good Woman.
Surviving besides her husband Denny are two daughters Amy and Shana, grandson Noah, granddaughter Ruby, mother-in-law Betty Duvall, brother-in-law Bill Duvall, sister-in-law Tina Green, brothers Chuck Aultman and Rob Aultman, nephews, nieces, and an entire community of dear friends of which she was a beloved and cherished member.
Friends may call 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Monday, December 2, at Molesworth-Williams Funeral Home, 26401 Ridge Road, Damascus, Maryland.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 3, at Wesley Grove United Methodist Church, 23640 Woodfield Road, Gaithersburg, Maryland 20882. Reverend Karen Davis will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for you to love everyone you meet without conditions. Just, be kind to one another. She would have wanted that. And she’d tell us all right now, in our time of shock and grief, “This too, shall pass, Darlin’”
