Edgar Fagan, 82, passed away peacefully in Damascus, MD on August 2, 2017.  He was born November 27, 1934 in Glen Echo MD.  He was the father of two children: James Michael Fagan, Frederick, MD, and Christopher Allan Fagan (and his wife Valerie), Damascus, MD.  He was preceded in death by his parents Edward and Lydia, Glen Echo, MD, brother Edward Fagan and sister Jane Carter, and his late wife Julia Luehrs Fagan.  He is survived by his sister Janet Lindsey, Las Vegas, first wife Elizabeth Fagan of Damascus, MD, two grandchildren, Olivia and Alex, also of Damascus, MD, and his faithful dog Kayla. Edgar was an Army Veteran and owned and operated an electronics repair business for over 30+ years.  He was an avid sailor of his Pearson 26 sailboat on the Chesapeake Bay and an adventurer, riding ATVs with his sons in WV.  He also enjoyed traveling the world and was the biggest fan at his grandchildren’s sporting activities.  He will be missed by many friends and distant relatives for years to come!
