 | Mr. Olin Molesworth Mr. Olin L. Molesworth was a lifelong resident of Damascus. He graduated from Damascus High School in 1939, and received his formal training as a funeral director from the Warner E. Pumphrey Funeral Home, Silver Spring. He purchased this establishment in 1948 from the Beall Family. Sadly, Mr. Molesworth passed away on December 4th, 2008 but his legacy lives on in Molesworth-Williams Funeral Home. In 2008, Mr. Molesworth received The Governor's Citation for serving the Damascus Community for more than 60 years.

 | Mr. Robert L. Williams: President, Licensed Director/Embalmer Mr. Robert L. Williams grew up in Cedar Grove, south of Damascus, and graduated Damascus High School in 1965. He attended and graduated Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science in 1968, and was licensed in April 1969. He joined his cousin Mr. Molesworth in 1968, and is presently the owner, operator of the Molesworth – Williams Funeral Home. He is a member of the National Funeral Director’s Association, Maryland State Funeral Director’s Association. To this day he continues to be committed to the families he serves and the community. He continues to carry on the Molesworth legacy set forth over 60 years ago. He is the founding member of The Damascus Heritage Society and is a member of the Damascus Lions Club. He has attended St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Damascus for many years.

 | Daniel O. Pauley, Jr., C.F.S.P.: Funeral Director/Embalmer Daniel was born and raised in the Hagerstown, MD area before moving to Mount Airy in January of 2010. Daniel is a 2001 graduate of Smithsburg High School. He attended Hagerstown Community College before transferring to the Community College of Baltimore County, Catonsville Campus, graduating in 2003 with an Associates Degree in Mortuary Science. At age 15, Daniel started his career in Hagerstown with Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home at which time at age 19, he obtained his Mortician’s license in 2003 and began his career as a Funeral Director. In 2006, Daniel graduated from Frederick Community College with an Associates of Applied Science and became active in the Fire Department. He obtained National and State Licensure as and Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic in 2007. For the past 7 years, Daniel has become an accomplished Funeral Director, Embalmer and Restorative Art Specialist. He is a member of the National Funeral Director’s Association, Maryland State Funeral Director’s Association, The British Institute of Embalmers, and the Academy of Professional Funeral Service Practice. His care and commitment to carry on the tradition of the Molesworth-Williams Funeral Home will continue. Daniel’s promise is dedicated personal attention to detail, sympathy and compassion and equality to every family he serves.

 | Mr. Rick Kendall: Office Manger/Funeral Assistant Rick grew up in Arbutus, Maryland and graduated Sothern High School in 1972. He attended The University of Maryland School of Law while working for the Baltimore County Court System. In 1982 he returned to school were he received a degree in Business, and HR management. He joined Molesworth Funeral Home in March of 2005 and is very committed to his job and the families we serve. He has lived in the Damascus, Community for over 25 years and is a member of the Damascus Lions Club and many other originations throughout Maryland.
