Sandra G. Jones, 54, of Frederick, Maryland died Saturday September 10, 2016 at Frederick Memorial Hospital, after a long illness.  She was the wife of Halleck R. Jones, Jr.

Born November 5, 1961 in Olney, Maryland,  a daughter of the late Edward Elmore and Katherine Louise Holston Lewis.

Surviving besides her husband are four siblings:  Kathy Deskins and husband Scott of Adamstown, Md.; Patricia Spitler of Ijamsville, Md.; Edwina Conner and husband Daniel of Hubert, North Carolina; and Edward E. Lewis, Jr. and wife Susan of Clarksburg, Md., as well as many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by one brother-in-law Terrance L. Spitler, and one nephew Joseph L. Conner.

Friends may call 3 to 5 p.m. Thursday, September 15,  at Molesworth-Williams Funeral Home, 26401 Ridge Road, Damascus, Md. with funeral services beginning at 5 p.m.

Private inurnment will be in St. Paul’s Methodist Cemetery, Laytonsville, Md. at a later time.
