Martha Ann Day, 82, of Damascus, MD., passed away on Sunday November 13, 2016, at Holy Cross hospital in Germantown. 

Born January 6, 1934, in Omaha, Nebraska to Ralph T. and Fern Dimmitt Wilson, she moved to Maryland and met her husband, the late Winfred Day of Lewisdale. 

Martha is survived by her children Gregory J. Day, Christopher M. Day, Timothy D. Day, and Domini H. Bean, seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.  At Martha’s request, there will be a Mass of Christian Burial offered at St. Paul’s Catholic Church, 9250 Damascus Road, Damascus, MD 20872,  Friday November 18th at 11:00 am.  A private interment will be held in Bethesda United Methodist Cemetery in Browningsville.
