Jacquelyn Ann Hammond, 83, of Monrovia, Maryland, passed away Sunday, August 21, 2016 at her home under Hospice Care, after a long illness. She was the beloved wife of the late Harry E. Hammond, Jr.

Jackie was a stay at home Mom for many years before going back into nursing, where she worked as a Registered Nurse in nursing homes.

Her love for family and taking pictures kept her busy capturing special moments.

Surviving her are five children:  Karen Kyle and husband Bob; Harry and his wife Carrina; Ken and his wife Ellen; John and Mary Hammond; eleven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

Friends may call 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, August 24, at Molesworth-Williams Funeral Home, 26401 Ridge Road, Damascus, Maryland 20872.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 25, 2016 at St. Paul Catholic Church, 9250 Damascus Road, Damascus, Maryland 20872.  Reverend Joseph Pierce will officiate. 

Interment will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery, in Washington, D.C.
