Faith Alexis Benitez, of Ijamsville, Maryland passed away, on what would have been her 10th birthday, Wednesday, August 16, 2017, at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington D.C.

Faith was born August 16, 2007 at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital, Rockville, a daughter of Omar D. and Amanda Oden Benitez.

Besides her parents Omar and Amanda, she is survived by siblings Samantha Elaine Benitez, and Khloe Abigail Benitez; paternal grandparents: Lourdes Altegracia and Luis Felipe Benitez Sr., and maternal grandparents: Donna Lee and James Richard Oden, Sr.

Visitation with the family will be 6-9 p.m. Sunday, August 20, 2017 at Molesworth-Williams P.A., Funeral Home, 26401 Ridge Road, Damascus.  Funeral services and inurnment will take place at a later date and time.
