Dr. Steven L Bramer of Mt. Airy, Maryland passed away early Monday morning April 10, 2017 in Gilchrist hospice care in Towson after a battle with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. He was born February 8, 1961 to Marie (Rigatti) Bramer and the late Fred Bramer in Amsterdam NY.

Steven received his doctorate in pharmacokinetics from The Ohio State University and developed a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry, ultimately founding his own consulting company. He worked within many aspects of the industry; covering women's health, neurology and most recently recovering sight for the blind.

Steven enjoyed traveling, his family and hunting. He was the uncle to call for advice in all aspects of life from personal relationships to educational advice/advancements. His home was a place to gather for anyone from his family to his daughters friends. He was a man of many extraordinary talents and will be very sorely missed.

He is survived by his wife Dianne, daughter Jennifer, granddaughter Molly, son Josh and special niece Jena, mother Marie, brothers Todd (Wendy) and Scott (Grace), his father in law and best friend James Pletcher, brother in laws Gary (Deb) Pletcher, Tom (Pam) Pletcher, Tim (Fay) Pletcher, Joanne (Jim) Burger, many nieces, nephews and great-nephews that were very much a part of his life. He very much enjoyed spending time with them.

Friends may call 7-9 p.m. Thursday, April 13 at Molesworth-Williams Funeral Home, 26401 Ridge Road, Damascus, Maryland 20872.  Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 14 at the funeral home.  Inurnment will be private.
