Dr. FRANCIS DUNCAN (Age 94)  

Died from Alzheimer's Disease on Sunday, November 18, 2016 in Rockville, MD.

He is survived by his son, Evan M. Duncan of Alexandria, VA and daughter, April D. and granddaughter, Kallie M. Majka of Ijamsville, MD.

He was predeceased by his loving wife, Frances M. Duncan; son-in-law, Peter F. Majka; and daughter-in-law, Rosalie L. Duncan.

Dr. Duncan was a naval historian and the author of "Rickover and the Nuclear Navy" and "Rickover: The Struggle for Excellence"

A Memorial Service will be held 11 a.m., on Saturday, January 7 at Clarksburg United Methodist Church, 23425 Spire St., Clarksburg MD.
